okay. From here you provide two DNS servers that will host the name
services for the domain. These DNS servers must be registered hosts with
NetSol (actually, the greater Whois database). Hosting the name services
for the domain is different than the web server itself (as you're coming
to find out =) )

He needs to give you their DNS names. As you're finding out, NetSol
doesn't like IP addresses for DNS servers. If NetSol pukes on trying to
add the servers by their names, you (I'd try to make the net admin guy
do it) will have to register the hosts with NetSol, too.

Once you've added the DNS servers, double check with your net admin that
he has the zone file set up and ready to go and point at the new web
server. From there it's in his court.
