You might want to consider using static tables, instead of fluid. I
realize this is not the easiest switch to make. I guess I don't really
have a good reason for that except personal preferences, but it seems to
me like you're trying to get the five blue images at the top of the page
to line up. With a larger monitor, the images are all spread out. A
static table would let you control the width of the table better. That,
or turn all five images into one big one.

It might just be me, but the word "Provider" at the bottom of the page
is overlapping "West Indies". Not sure if all those <div>s would have
something to do with it.

Using images for the news item might prove to be quite a load for the
more-than-a-handful still using 28.8 modems.
