Somewhere in the IIS Manager, you have to bind the .pl(or .cgi) extension to
the perl executable or perl DLL(I reccommend the DLL). I don't remember
exactly how its done, its been a while since I've dealt with IIS. That shold
get you going......
/me only uses Apache :)
