[thelist] A product page for a client

Hi Chris,

Yes, a straight forward connection to either an excel spreadsheet or access
database, something she can update very simply. I was thinking of just
placing the .doc or .xls in the site directory , the problem I see is that,
this would be a large file to keep on the server, and since there are so
many different branches to what these products are used for I wanted to try
and break it down into sections rather that a very long scroll.

Hi Jeana,

I am actually meeting with the client on the 16 of this month but the
currency is in US dollars, I'm not sure she want s to go the route of
e-commerce for the site at this time, this was actually on my list of things
to talk with her about. All the location info will be on the web site when
I'm finished with it including how to order.

Bob

I assume you want to do something really cheap and simple? Simple asp script
that connects to an access database or excel spreadsheet would be
straightforward?
