I am looking to find a new hosting provider  with the following criteria:

1.  NT Account with Cold Fusion
2.  Some form of control panel for easy admin for some of the users.
3.  Ability to add FTP users myself as well as additional mail accounts.
4.  24/7 phone support
5.  Reasonable price

Does anyone use someone that they can highly recommend?
