[thelist] Suggestions for Mac test environment

Hi guys and gals

I'm involved in planning a frontend test environment for my workplace. 
(Test as in: "Does our websites work properly on the most common browsers?")

We're aiming for NN 3/IE 3 and onwards, and we've got the pc platforms 
covered pretty well - but I need some input for the Mac platforms.

Which Mac browsers would you suggest? And are there any special Mac issues 
(plugins and such) we should be aware of?
