I'll second this one.  It's been my favourite for years.  There are a tonne
of add-on's for it, http://www.editplus.com/others.html, one of which is
cold fusion syntax highlighting.  I've also added a few of the clip texts ..
I find them very useful when I want to look up something quickly.

Lacking, I miss being able to edit on screen, in what appeared to be real,
as you had with old versions of FrontPage.  (Yes, I used FP for a few
months.)  I just run PWS which serves the pages directly, or else I upload
to a test server, for CF or anything else I'm playing around with.

The syntax highlighting in EditPlus is its best feature.  Over time, I've
gotten used to it 100%.
