Hershel,

Try removing the colors from quotes in the style sheet.  IOW, change:

A {color: '#FFFFFF';

to

A {color: #FFFFFF;

NS may be messing up when it sees the single quote.

For the font size, maybe use exact pixel heights instead of "larger".
