[thelist] DSL - ISP question

[Glenn Hunt]

Up here in Canada (Ontario anyway), the DSL line is provided by Bell,
but the ISP can be whoever you want. Who you connect to is based on your
Login ID.

Kind of like you get your POTS line from a provider, but you can use
your modem to call whoever you want.
