Hi,

1.) As a user I don't appreciate being forced to view a webpage at a
small-ish window size - if I want to view the page at full screen
size, then I should be allowed to, rather than have the window
rubber-band on me. Especially if I will be able to read all the
page's content at maximum size.

2.) The boop on mouseover in your menu is too strong to be effective,
instead it is quite irritating. The click too is too strong. 

3.) When I open your virtual spokesperson, I'm required to install
some plugin component - I never install something that a site makes
me install in order to access it.

4.) in your virtual spokesperson, I notice that you make use of
bitmap images scaled to large sizes [the n, t, and i] - you should
probably fix this to use vector type instead, or at least
higher-resolution bitmaps, as it looks quite jagged and
unprofessional. Deeper into the movie, I notice that you begin using
inconsistent type for captions, etc.

5.) HTML-site - this needs to be made more consistent with the
flash-based site - other than some of the colours, this version
appears to me to be a completely separate site...
