Nice site! I especially liked the muted color tones.

Layout is fairly liquid, although at 800x600 I had to maximize my browser
window to see the full width of some pages without horizontal scrolling
(e.g. map on Home page & Resources table). Maybe consider narrowing the
navigation on the left bar of the Home page to better fit the map on the
right, and rethinking some of your table dimensions.
