Well, it doesn't include a spelling-checker, that's one thing the marketing
folks may have to watch out for.... ;-)

FrontPage is a nice way to have a general office-worker create web pages.
If the person tests their work in other browsers and other platforms such
an approach may also give a good representation of the company too.

If I'm reading your description correctly, then a good middle path might be
to have them get started on updating pages immediately, while you keep
creating new content... this can show any snafus early on. Be sure to log
how many hours you spend explaining things.... ;-)
