[thelist] Cleaning out Frontpage code

Macromedia have developed an extension that removes extraneous code
generated by FrontPage, it is called Cleanup "FrontPage HTML Sitewide
Extension" and can be found at
http://www.macromedia.com/exchange/dreamweaver/
In the search box type "FrontPage"

As well as this the following extension are also avaiable for dealing with
Microsoft FrontPage

Import FrontPage Site Wizard
Publish Web Command Extension
Site Summary Reports Extension
