To continue the question, what if you get spam from some address that you
can't figure out the language it is sent in?
I continually get HTML emails from someone that the images are broken and
the address is crazy characters and always different and the text is just
garbage.
The subject is always different and the emails are sent from a different
hotmail account every time. I can't set rules to filter them out because of
this.

So how do you prevent these emails?
And how do you track down the sender?
