Hey warren :)

Depends what platform your client is running their FTP server on.. If 
its Unix/Linux, there are many many options for you to choose from. 
Analog(which you've probably heard of for its web stat reporting) can be 
configured to do this, along with any number of search results for 'ftp 
stats' on www.freshmeat.net .. If its not unix/linux, afriad I can't 
help ya :)
