[thelist] Amazon design change

I noticed that the design places primary content in quite a drab fashion on
a grey background, and leaves the right sidebar promotions glowing in
radiant white.

Perhaps the thinking is: Users are here for the info and they'll read it
even if we make it grey, but we *have* to get them interested in these
promos...
