One other thing: if you have an ADSL connection, and are interested 
in hosting in-house, MAXnet (as an ISP) offer free static IP 
addresses. Paradise.NET do too, but they have a rather tedious 
needs-based criteria (last I checked, it was for customers who 
require in-house mail servers). You could probably twist the arm of 
your ADSL ISP. Personally I prefer someone else to monitor, backup, 
and service a production server -- but it depends on how many clients 
you intend on hosting, your staff, etc...
