: 1) It's a false feedback - it indicates that the whole cell is a button,

: 2) If your hover is essentially a text/background colour swap, the link
:     disappears, which appears as just plain wierd behaviour

Why not just make the cell an action?  use the onclick to fire the anchor if
they click within the cell?  Additionally, set the style="cursor:hand" in
the cell to make it even more real.

Since the rollover is going to work in IE but not NN 4.7, there is almost no
harm no foul.  I have not installed NN 6.0 so I have not tested whether
mouse events fire in TD and TR in NN 6.0  Does anybody else know?
