Then doesn't that mean that if you had created a site (Application) in
ASP, which you can replicate as many times as you want and prvide other
clients with sites that have different layouts and images but same
backend programming, you have the rights to the entire site (as the
final product is the backend programming) and in that case what would be
the client's rights??
If someone paid you to develop a site (Application) and in the end one
doesn't have the right to change the code then when the site needs
changes made one is tied to you for life.
Isn't that somehow sort of holding the site hostage???
