[thelist] Navigator 100% table

I have had problems with NS4 & 100% cells.  One technique that has worked
for me is:

  <td BACKGROUND="images/spacer.gif" WIDTH="100%" height=14
bgcolor="#666666" colspan="4">&nbsp;</td>

instead of:

<td width="100%" height="14" bgcolor="#666666" colspan="4"><img
src="images/spacer.gif" width="1" height="1"></td>
