[thelist] Delphi ISAPI filter

Hi just a quickie, any one used delphi to make ISAPI filters, not isapi applications, the type that you include in the isapi filters page of internet information server, ive tried everything that I can find but I cant get it to run on successfully, my iis setup is fine because I can use ant 3rd party ISAPI filters ok.

Basic scenario : need to be able to change certain custom tags to strings before leaving the webserver, these strings can be in 1 of 5 languages a type of page translation engine
