Interesting.

Running Windows XP with IE6, those links appear to be bold Arial, size
12 or so.

Can't explain why you don't see the same thing in your IE6... Maybe try
clearing your cache or something so you get the updated page? Or maybe a
bug in IE6 for non XP platforms.
