[thelist] Custom Validator HREF

Doesn't the little "this page meets X standard" image that you can addt 
oyour pages if they validate do this? After I got my pages up to specs I 
jsut use that eery time I update my pages to make sure I didn't interduce 
any thing I shouldn't have
