[thelist] site downloading tool

Not that I do this regularly, but you can download or import an entire site
using FrontPage if you have it. I have had to do this in the past for a
client who wanted their site reworked.

I use wget for this purpose. Yet another reason to install Cygwin on your
Windows PC.... :)
