Oh puh-leeeeeeeeese don't tell me this old chestnut is surfacing again. For
anyone even remotely curious, this con has reaped a whole load of money from
a whole load of individuals and organisations, and at least one African
government has been guilty of complicity. No matter HOW official it seems,
don't go near it. Doubtless I'm teaching my grandmother to suck eggs on this
particular list, but I figured just in case...
