I am wondering if anyone could recommend a good form processor that is
written in PHP.
It needs to be able to require fields, be easy to port the information
to a database, and be secure. (no formmail like spam loopholes)

Anything from hotscripts.com or sourceforge.com?

Know your neighbors! Hosting on virtual servers is very popular,
however can be dangerous if you do not have a dedicated IP address.
Search engines keep information about spammers and unwanted submitters
on file, and if you are unlucky enough to be on their same virtual
account, you could be blacklisted along with them.
