one of the better sites (in German) is www.jobpilot.de
, then ther is also www.monster.de of course.

I've been here for four years now and every now and then I check jobpilot
just to see what's going on.
Seems a  lot of jobs are around Frankfurt and Munich.
Both are very pricey, if you can avoid them you should be ok.
