	I don't know of any way to remove these through a script, but this
is an application setting so they can be individually removed on each copy
of IE. If you go to File>Page Setup there are boxes instructing IE what to
print in the Header and Footer. Clear those boxes and you won't have the
header and footer printing. This has to be done for each computer that will
be printing, though, and once you've done it IE won't print headers and
footers for any other webpages unless you put those settings back in.
