After a comment from another Evolter regarding CSS border rollovers article,
i played around with CSS and tried to emulate the different color
underlining seen on some sites [i think it is normally achieved with JS]
[whereby any hyperlink underline color is different from the color of its
associated text]. Also extended it to have different color [again] on
mouseOver.

The above is in fact not a very good explanation of what is a simple
technique. Have a look at www.carbonchip.com/evolt3/ for it.
