Answered my own question (triggered by the discussion on 'fonts too small in Netscape' where the solution there was <.div style="font-size: 20pt;">). After hitting hand to forehead, I realized (duh) that I could put an inline style in those cells that required centering or being placed to the right, of course, without the <.div>. 

So, <.style="text-align: center"> and <.style="text-align: right"> took care of it just fine.
