I notice it says detecting flash plugin, is it a detection? What happens if
I don't have flash?

Site looks great, only thing is that the link miniusa, nothing happens,
probably u can just embed the plain link http://www.miniusa.com/crm/main.jsp
, and lose the javascript, a) Easier, b) non-js enabled users won't have a
problem.
