Hi Lawrence -

Currently the only method for connecting to a members.evolt.org MySQL 
database is through phpMyAdmin, which is already set up and ready to go 
at http://members.evolt.org/phpMyAdmin

Connecting to MySQL from outside evolts network(as it looks like you 
tried last night) isn't allowed for security reasons.. Let me know if 
you have any other questions :)
