I am interested if people know about the following two options for hosting:

1 Very cheap simple hosting.  Yahoo used to have a deal where they would
host a one-page domain for around $10 a year.  Does such a thing exist
anywhere today?

2 Reseller hosting.  I have found one host overseas who sells a very large
account with somewhat unlimited domain name mappings available.  One who
buys such an account can then host many domains (each with a separate web
site of course) on that one account.  It's like wholesale hosting. :)

Are there other hosts which offer similiar services?
