I would immediately get in touch with look - I can't say I've ever
experienced direct problems with them... They just don't seem to be too
reliable a company to deal with... Especially on the domain/hosting
end...

...give 'em a call, give 'em hell...

I have a client who registered their domain name last September through
the 
Easyhosting domain registration portal.  They received the proper
receipts 
validating the transaction.  They are able to login to the domain
control 
panel here http://www.look.ca/e/business/easyhosting/new/ but for all 
intensive purposes the domain appears as available on every other domain

whois.  They are also unable to manage their domain through the OpenSRS 
domain management area.  What is going on?  Has anyone else experienced 
difficulties with Easyhosting and .ca domain registrations?
