When you say "source code," I'm assuming you're referring to the e-mail
headers.

In Eudora (on the PC anyways), you can double click on the message and at
the top of the message it should list the headers (like your message for
instance):

X-envelope-info: <bharoche at usa.net>
Message-ID: <004a01c19ec0$9096b5b0$9865fea9 at OFFICE>
From: "Bob Haroche" <bharoche at usa.net>

MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain;
         charset="Windows-1252"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
X-Priority: 3
X-MSMail-Priority: Normal
X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2600.0000

Errors-To: thelist-admin at lists.evolt.org
X-MajorGumbo-version: 1.1.6.sexy+noattachments

The X-Mailer (when it is there - it isn't always) will give you the
information for what program the sender used (but not necessarily the OS).

The full headers (just as an FYI) are also available in Eudora by double
clicking on the message and then clicking the button at the top of the
message that says "Blah blah blah". That will get you e-mail routing
information and so on.
