pretty much... she's not in the linear chain...

gotcha... again, doesn't mean you *shouldn't* use h# to impart 
structure, does it?

i still think there's some dangling questions, though...

like the document > body > h1 nature of HTML...  or the hierarchy 
implied by different levels of importance as laid out in the specs...

ok, they're my questions, and you dodged 'em, but i can accept 
that because:

in the end, both ways are viable... i use HTML to impart structure, 
so i intend to use it to its fullest...  the only arguments i hear 
against imparting this structure are strictly stylistic, except for the 
desire to impart 2D structure in a linear model...

IOW, do what you want, folks, neither rudy nor i is a final arbiter on 
the proper use of the h#...

unfortunately...
