[thelist] Xitami server, PHP extensions, and Sablotron

I've not attempted to use a win box with PHP, but this sounds like a 
resource-related issue. e.g. Mysql has a *nix config file which 
allows you to decide how much space should be reserved for certain 
table types (i.e. innodb, and bdb), and ram / cache amounts. Perhaps 
the win version of PHP is similar?

Check the docs to see if there's a win-specific ram allocation 
setting, or just browse through the php.ini file.
