Which with half the people using AOL is basically forcing.
"What, if we upgrade we get to use X (feature which they'll
never use)? Well, say yes."

Maybe I underestimate the people, but basically AOL (at
leats in Australia)'s logo is the net made easy. It's for
the people who would rtaher let the company dictate what
they get than make choices themselves..
