Before blowing money I strongly advise doing some research @
searchenginewatch.com and looking at the ranking of competing sites
in your market.  Also, research the submission and ranking process
for dmoz.org directly.  Then try to optimize the site yourself.  Many
of those groups are bogus beyond belief.
