[thelist] Force browser to refresh.

Hi, sorry couldn't search the archives, keep getting page not found
errors.

I can't get my browsers to display the current changes that I have
uploaded, like 2 days ago on one site that I manage.

I have tried the usual shift + refresh for IE and F5 + reload for
Netscape.

Anyone have any other refresh methods that I am not aware of that I
should try? They are only straight html pages.
