[thelist] Php is too chatty

Hello evolters

I'm running a cron to run a specific PHP file. The output of that file
generates a static file.
At the top of said static file, I get two extra lines.

If I run php at the command line, I get the same two lines, so we can't
blame cron here, but definitely PHP.

How do I turn those two lines off???
