I can, from experience, recommend SCORE (www.score.org). SCORE is a
group of retired businessmen (executives, business owners) who volunteer
their time to give advice to those who need it. It's partially funded by
the SBA. Find a chapter need you, make an appointment, and chat with
someone who knows what they're doing.

FWIW -- Four people working as a DBA, even if possible -- and I don't
think it is -- does not sound like a good idea.
