Bill, please include the error that is appearing for your client.
This would be helpful.

As an aside, you have a positioning problem with your DHTML menu.
The position of the menu is absolute but most of the site is
relative.  Looks like you assumed everyone is viewing @ 800x600
resolution.  This just ain't so.  The menu stays put but the
activating link doesn't.  This causes a serious mis-alignment of the
menu.  To see the problem, scale your browser window signifigantly
lower or higher than 800x600.
