Type in a search phrase that finds your site - like, say, "custom dog
sweaters". Then click the "cached" link to see your cached page. It appears
with each search word highlighted, and it lets you visualize how the spider
sees your site. This can help you tailor your content to improve your
results on key phrases. For example: you might realize that the words
'custom', 'dog' and 'sweaters' never appear in that order on your page, even
though it's one of your major products.

If other sites are ranked above you, then look at their cached link to see
what's different on their page.
