That sounds about right for this list.  But, we're still talking about
"signatures" which are (in this case, I believe) out of the sender's
control.  I believe they're added on at the server level to outgoing mail.
And, considering it's "legal mumbojumbo" it's hard to keep that to 4 lines
or fewer.
