Curious - as a self-educated person I am wondering, is the convention in
programming to document:

	1. before writing the program
	2. during writing
	3. after writing
	4. all of the above

Also, is there any harm to completing a project (say, 95%) then preparing
your documentation afterward? Is there any benefit to doing so?
