    Don't know for sure if this is it, but you have a misspelling throughout
your style sheet:

H2{
font-family:Arial,Helvetica,Verdana,sans-serif;
font-size:135%;
font-weight:bold;
color:black;
backround-color:transparent;
text-align:center;
margin:5px 10px 5px 10px;
}

    You'll note that you have "backround" instead of "background". That
_may_ be throwing off IE's interpretation of the next style rule.
