As others have said, that does happen when you copy-paste from Word to Front
Page.  What I do is right-click the document in the folders list and choose
"Open with..." and select Front Page.  FP converts the file to RTF and makes
a new html document. I copy-paste from that into the template.

It's safe to remove the MSO-Normal and extra junk... I've had to do it a few
too many times. I'll have to look into the "Paste special" option - haven't
tried it myself.  That would certainly be much easier.
