[thelist] Site problem w/ Mac OS 8 & IE 4.5

We've had a couple of customers mention to us that one of our forms won't
let them submit.

They're both using: an iMac w/ OS 8, and IE 4.5.  We tested this on an iMac
with OS 8.6, and IE 4.0 (closest thing we have around here), but we couldn't
replicate the problem.  It worked fine.

There is some JavaScript validation on the form that appears to be causing
the problem.  One says that when she hits submit, the JavaScript validation
gets stuck on "you must select one of the onsite demo options"

When she does select one, it still asks her to "select one of the onsite
demo options".  It doesn't matter if she says yes or no.

The other lady reports almost the same thing.

We've never heard of this problem before, but it's exactly the same form
template as 30 other forms that we've been using for almost 6 months.
