I don't know if you are only looking for free solutions, but here is an idea
depending on your current hosting setup.

You might want to consider a pre-configured online email script/application
that works via whatever environment your webserver is in (PHP, ASP, etc.)
Just load the script on the server and you'll be good to go (of course, some
configuration will be needed).

As long as your hosting provider can provide email services, you should be
good to go.

This solution would give you more control of the look and feel of the email
service you provide and help you brand your site.

Keep in mind that email traffic might go against your bandwidth allowance
for your account.
